HOW TO COOK BRISKET IN A REGULAR OVEN WITHOUT HAVING IT TASTE LIKE STEW?
It seems to taste and have texture like stew when I cook it in the oven, as opposed to brisket you get at a BBQ place which has totally different flavor profile and texture. Mine tastes like pot roast. I'm aware that the BBQ places usually use smokers and other stuff.
